Do you remember this? Last week I missed my run so I worked out to whatever was on FiTV and it was Body by Gilad. Brought back a lot of memories from many years ago. I felt the burn and followed all his instructions and actually might try it again if I am in a bind. I also learned that I really missed these guys....
With YouTube all things are possible, and I just might be transported back to the 80's, my parents basement and doing Hooked on Aerobics with Andee and Toby.

Thanks for finding that picture, wow do I remember that. What fun summers we had, I hope my kids can have the same fun memmories. Hope all is well in Texas!! Toby
