Memorial Day = Family Day

We had the opportunity to spend the Memorial Day together as a family - no friend, no ballgames, no work - just the family together. We went and hiked up to the Timpanogos Caves. I was a little nervous because I knew it was a difficult hike and Camdyn is still very young. We ended up having a great time and if you ask Camdyn she only liked the hiking.

The cave is amazing! I hadn't been since I was very young and had no idea how amazing it is inside. We had a great tour guide named Royce Shelley who was very accommodating with the kids. If you get the chance this summer, you should hike to the Timpanogos Caves.

I am in LOVE

I am in LOVE with this -

It came to me from my work -

I use it mostly for work - and ignoring piles of laundry

Love it even more because I can do things like this -

FUN Du

We love FUN DU or really fondue. Our favorite is to have my sister Andee and her family over. Her boys have named it appropriately FUN DU. Each of us has our own favorite food covered in chocolate, mine is bananas, the boys love marshmellows and everyone's new favorite is waffles. If you haven't tried it and want some fun - go for FUN DU!

Here are finally some of my Boston Pictures. I have been waiting for some more from the rest of our group but I might be waiting for a very long time so here is what I have. Again it was a great time.

At dinner at Legal Seafood after the marathon. Yes, it is customary to wear your shirt and your medal for the marathon day only.

Lunch at Hardrock Cafe - Cheris, Julie, Kris, Mike, Peggy, me, Michelle N.

At the Redsox Game

Outside Fenway Park

Running with the Missionaries - I am just behind the one on the right, black outfit with a white visor. This was on the Boston Globe's website.

I always love attending church where ever I travel. The gospel is the one constant in my life.

At the start line the Saturday before. They would stop traffic so you could go out and take your picture. The community treats marathoners so well.

Louisa May Alcott's house

The street sign at the starting line.

At Concord - Dean, Kris, Michelle M, me and Cheris

The Paul Revere statue with the North Church behind

At the expo & packet pick up. They were so well organized - it was amazing!

Walking the Liberty trail.

Cheris, Michelle M, Julie and myself in the Boston Public Library

They had a big marathon display inside the Library
